OUR STORY began in the 1920’s in the town of Chateauneuf Val St Donat, which lies at the foot of the lavender covered Lure Mountain. It was there that our Grandmother Josephine created the Mouranchon Brother Co, a distillery of aromatic plants. In 1987, we re-launched the family business. Inspired by the work of Marcel Pagnol, particularly his ability to bring to life the fragrance of a flower through words, they called their company Lothantique.
Lothantique’s bath and home products are formulated with natural elements and ingredients that respect and support both you and your home. The development of each of our products takes approximately two years with the selection of perfume being one of the main steps. Since we are committed to preserving the environment we use recycled and biodegradable materials wherever possible.
